RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you
are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a seamless return or
exchange process.
1. Return Windows & Elegibility
Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags attached and inside its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the criteria outlined above.
2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items marked explicitly as "Sale" at the time of purchase.
Custom-made, personalized, or modified items.
For hygienic reasons: undergarments, swimwear, and earrings, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
>Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code.
>Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and indicate the reason.
>Download and print your prepaid return shipping label provided by our system.
4. Shipping Costs & Fees
For Store Credit & Exchanges: Return shipping is entirely complimentary.
For Refunds to Original Payment Method: A flat return handling and restocking fee of $5.50 will be deducted from your final refund amount.
5. Processing & Refunds
Once your return package is received at our fulfillment center, please allow 5 to 7 business days for our team to inspect the items and process your request. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note that your financial institution may require an additional 3 to 5 business days to post the transaction to your account.
